Fees & Payment Options

Investing in your mental health is an important step toward growth and well-being. Below, you'll find details on our payment options, fees, and policies to help you plan for your sessions.

Insurance 

Insurance

All of our clinicians are approved providers for the following insurance companies: 

  • Cigna/Evernorth.

  • Partnership/Beacon Health Strategies/Carelon.  (Not Kaiser).

Out of Network

All clinicians are able to provide "Superbills" for those with out of network insurance companies at their respective rates (see below). 

Fees for Private Pay Clients

Licensed Clinicians

Sarah, Victoria, Kimmy, Sophia, Rebecca, and Jillian take private pay clients with fees ranging from $160-$200.

 

Associate Clinicians

Jim, Scott, and Alyssa take private pay clients at a lower fee which range from $120-$185

Payment Options

We accept payment from all major credit cards, cash, checks and HSA/HRA accounts. Payment is required at the time of service.
