Associate Clinicians' Accepted Insurance & Fees
Jim, Scott, and Alyssa are approved providers for the following insurance companies:

Our Associate Clinicians take private pay clients at a lower fee which range from $120-$185, and are able to provide “Superbills” for those who have out of network insurance coverage.
Licensed Clinician Accepted Insurance & Fees
Sarah, Victoria, Kimmy, Sophia, Rebecca, and Jillian are approved provider for the following insurance companies:

Our Licensed Clinicians also take private pay clients with fees ranging from $160-$200 and are able to provide “Superbills” for those who have out of network insurance coverage.
Payment Options
We have the capacity to accept your payment from all major credit cards, cash, checks and/or HSA/HRA accounts. Payment is due at the time of service.
